For the last 20 years, I have had the privilege to serve as a leader in multiple healthcare organizations. During that time, it has been my life's mission to innovate and improve care for patients across many care settings. Personally, I am grateful to draw from my experiences and humble beginnings in a Texas border town and apply my passion to improving healthcare access to our current hospice endeavor.

As a physician leader, I want to provide local clinicians and facility partners a real pathway to participate in, and lead what I believe is an incredible opportunity to deliver high quality care through personal and professional engagement. While we strive to provide compassionate and patient centered care, we believe it is ultimately a right to play for any organization engaged in providing comfort and palliative care to patients.
